Upon successful completion of the challenge phase, you may be eligible for a funded trading account. Funding is subject to continued compliance with our trading rules and performance standards.
2.3 Profit Sharing
Profit sharing percentages and payout terms are specified in your individual funding agreement. Payouts are subject to verification and compliance with all trading rules.
3. Trading Rules and Restrictions
3.1 Prohibited Activities
- Copy trading or mirroring other traders' positions
- News trading or exploiting price delays
- Hedging positions between multiple accounts
- High-frequency trading or scalping strategies
- Any form of market manipulation
3.2 Risk Management
All traders must adhere to maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits, and position sizing requirements as specified in their individual agreements.
3.3 Compliance Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor all trading activity and may terminate accounts that violate our trading rules or risk management guidelines.
4. Payment and Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Challenge Fees
Challenge participation requires payment of applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Profit withdrawals are processed according to the schedule outlined in your funding agreement. Processing times may vary based on payment method and verification requirements.
4.3 Tax Obligations
Traders are responsible for all tax obligations related to their trading profits. We may provide necessary documentation for tax purposes but do not provide tax advice.
5. Account Termination
5.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, trading rules, or any fraudulent activity. Termination may result in forfeiture of profits and account access.
5.2 Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Final profit calculations will be processed according to our withdrawal terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you understand the risks involved in trading and that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Zedd Funding shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law
